Kampire Bahana's writing work has appeared in Africa's a Country, Resident Advisor, Fields Mag, Gal Dem, Okay Africa, Dynamic Africa, Mon Pi Mon, Start Journal,  and Jalada

The art installation “Salooni” which she co-founded has traveled to La Ba Arts Festival, Uganda, Chale Wote Street Art Festival, Ghana, Nyege Nyege International Music Festival, Uganda, East African Soul Train (E.A.S.T) residency, Kenya, Africa Utopia, London and Kigali, Rwanda. 

One of East Africa's most exciting young DJs and a core member of Kampala's Nyege Nyege collective, in 2018 her music has taken her to Burkina Faso, Reunion Islands, China, Tokyo and on two European tour that included Sonar Festival, Barcelona. Her mixes have been featured on Resident Advisor, Le Mellotron, Radar Radio and Sounds of Sonar.
