Leah is an admitted Attorney in South Africa. Having practised law since 2010 as an article clerk from 2010, went into corporate in 2012. In 2015 she resigned and in 2016, she started Lenoma Legal, South Africa's first Legal e-commerce platform which allows for instant legal document download capability.

Through Lenoma Legal, she went on to be placed in the top 5 Finalist in the QuickBooks Mompreneur Competition, she's been featured in South Africa's biggest business magazine with a readership of over 200 000, Entrepreneur Magazine SA.

in 2017, Lenoma Legal was named Top 10 Tech StartiS of the Year. Leah was named Young Alumnus of the Year by UFS(University of the Free State) her Alma mater. An award bestowed upon Almnus who has graduated in the past ten years and has contributed immensely in her field.

Lenoma Legal as a legal tech company continues to be to the leader in South Africa when it comes to Legal Technology and legal document automation.

Most recently Leah was named and appointed by the Minister of Higher education and Training in South Africa as Council Member due to her experience.
