Peter Dickson Ngallya works at the President’s Office Regional Administration and Local Government (PO-RALG) as an Information and Communication Technologies Officer (ICTO). Before working at PO-RALG Headquarter, he was a secondary school teacher with (Diploma in Secondary Education-Morogoro Teachers College) teaching Physics and Mathematics at Kondoa District Council August 2006 - June 2017. 

Currently, he is experienced in Systems development and participated in the development of Facility Financial Accounting and Reporting System (FFARS), Government Website Framework (GWF) and other small system development projects.
