Since winning the Africa Unsigned talent search in 2012, Bryte has established himself as one of the most exciting voices coming out of Ghana in recent times. He has developed a global following due to his unique fusion of afrobeats, rap, funky and experimental club sounds. Bryte has collaborated with local artists such as Gafacci and FOKN Bois, as well as two tracks with the UK artist Mina, both of which have received international radio play on Radio 1, Beats 1 and 1Xtra. His cult underground club hit “I Like Your Girlfriend” was released on Ransom Note Records in 2016 and has been supported by tastemakers such as Bok Bok & Mixpak, making history as the first azonto record released on vinyl. His highly anticipated 9 track mixtape is due for release in July 2018 on More Time Records, featuring a roster of forward thinking producers, further confirming Bryte’s status as one of Ghana’s most electrifying rising talent.
