Kobby Ankomah-Graham is a writer, DJ, and lecturer at Ashesi University who teaches numerous subjects across the fields of Communication and Africana Studies.

Born in London and raised in Cape Coast, he studied Law at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS, University of London), later graduating from the same university with an MA in International Studies & Diplomacy.

Since moving from London to Accra almost fifteen years ago, Kobby has worked as a journalist, digital strategist and radio presenter. Deeply passionate about creative counterculture, his writing uses the weird to explore the mundane. Part of the HSE_III collective and a trustee of the Kuenyehia Prize for Contemporary Ghanaian Art, he was also the co-founder/editor of DUST: a magazine that provided cultural and social commentary on Accra. His fiction and thought-pieces have featured in publications including Litro Magazine, The Guardian and The Africa Report.
